16 of us decided to do this Hawaii Cruise even though most of us have done this cruise at least once in the past. After the 2 year Covid break, we so look forward to this cruise. However, right from embarkation, there were issues...

Long line at the pier. Most passengers were seniors, some with walkers, with wheelchairs. No matter, the line stretched 100+ and we waited for more than an hour. The line went into the building and then separated into one line for Covid testing, the other line for registration. But just one line outside the building, with Princess staff not helpful at all.

Our balcony room was standard Princess. Nice. But we soon found out the toilet, at least couple of times each day, especially in the morning when we woke up, would be filled with shitty stinking waste water. We complained to the Princess and they promised it will be fixed. After enduring this situation for 5 days, problem still not resolved once, we finally requested a room transfer. This was one messy problem that we were surprised Princess did not fixed. We mentioned to Princess that Covid maybe transmitted through the air from exposure to the waste water. No answer from Princess.
