This is day one with many disappointments. The panoramic balcony suite is misleading. It's a room with a large window. They installed wood flooring in order to say "balcony"! We tried to upgrade to a suite, but they wanted $2400+ to upgrade. Never believe their pictures.
First dinner was fair! Food not hot at all. Lobster bisque was not prepared remotely close to a real lobster bisque! All of us sent it back. Main course was a D. Dessert was actually horrible. Bananas foster was not even closely prepared correctly.
We have all cruised many times, so expectations are not over the top.

Horrible!! There is no balcony! Just a large window with chairs on a wooden floor to call it a balcony! Pictures are misleading!!
