It had been 25 years since I had been on a cruise. I was a little afraid of getting sea sick. The boat did rock quite a bit leaving port, but once out in open/deep water, it was "smooth sailing". I can not get over how accommodating the entire staff was. Almost constantly asking if we needed anything. Waiting on our every need. Constantly cleaning the ship. The cruise director, Lei Lei, was fantastic. She and her crew made it even more fun....engaging the passengers in everything. Oka, I Nyoman was our waiter at dinner each night. He was awesome! He made a point to speak to us and remembered our names. He assured us that we could have anything we wanted!! He was very friendly and made our dinner experience wonderful. Sulila, Ida Bagus Made Putra and Anggraini, Kristri Novia assisted him serving our dinner, and they were just as GREAT!

Our stateroom attendant was Anak. Each and every time we stepped out of our room, he was there to get us anything we needed, and our room was spotless each time we returned to the stateroom.

My overall experience of this Carnival Paradise cruise was fantastic. I WILL definitely cruise again, and on this boat. Read more
