Wanted a quick getaway trip from Florida and also try out another cruise line. We've been very loyal to NCL for 15 years and this was only our third Royal Caribbean trip. Price was reasonable, dates worked and it included Perfect Day.

Embarkation was very fast and simple. We arrived during our assigned time, walked right up and gave them our docs including our neg test results and vax card. We ordered the test via RCL website and had it shipped to our home. The test was very easy and found the videos from cruise vloggers helpful, alleviated any concerns about the procedure. From arrival at the port to onboard was less than 15 minutes.

Entertainment - the Freeze Frame Ice Skating Show was very good, the Jeff Tracta headliner show was one of the best I've seen on any cruise, the production show Grease was just average and a little disappointing. The cruise director, Ricky, is the funniest and most entertaining of all. He's a real showman!

Cabin Review

Spacious Ocean View Balcony

Spacious Oceanview Balcony, Room 6666. This was a guarantee pick, I wouldn't have picked that number and everyone looked at us oddly or giggled when needing our room number. The location was great, convenient to elevators and just one or two decks down to most anything you need. It is a connecting room, rarely heard the adjoining room. The balcony is large with reclining chairs and tall table, perfect for dining or cocktails. The bathroom is like on most ships, small but functional. Bed was very comfortable. Some of the finishes are starting to show their age and could use a freshening soon. Our stateroom attendant, Iwayan D., was one of the best on any line we've been on. Always responsive to our simple requests and kept our room tidy & fresh.
