Worst cruise I have ever experienced. There were ZERO covid precautions/enforcement to help protect us from getting COVID-19. Princess' lack of concern for infecting guests gave my family COVID-19. Princess did NOT protect their passengers/crew. Many people were sick on the ship and the crew just pretended it wasn't happening. Even after being notified that my party members contracted covid (from the ship) the crew did absolutely nothing. No call back or help disembarking. They obviously didn't care or even report it. When I booked MASKS WERE REQURIED INDOORS. VENUES WOULD HAVE LIMITED SEATING. SIGNS AROUND THE PRINCESS RUBY STATED THESE POLICIES. ENFORCE INDOOR MASKING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING! Crew was unhelpful, disorganized, uncaring and many were rude. The Ruby was neglected, covered in rust, run-down and dirty inside and out. All windows were dirty the entire voyage. Internet speeds (below .8 mbps) and Medallion app were frustrating and pretty much unusable most of the time. Food was sub-par. 60+ cruises and this is by far the most disappointing. Princess didn't stand by any of their health safety promises. Liars! Princess hasn't learned anything in 2+ years. Disgusting covid super spreader ship. Never again for Princess. Criminals!

Princess and the Ruby have no redeeming qualities. I will deter anybody from sailing with them. I had high hopes Princess would be our cruise line of choice for the next 30+ years, but I now realize I need to go back to Celebrity Cruises and other more responsible cruiselines. Who wants to cruise when they have done everything to protect themselves while Princess does absolutely nothing? Shame on Princess and the Ruby. The ship is a giant covid super spreader. Princess, start protecting your passengers and crew from covid. Require indoor masking and social distancing. Many people were ill but when reported it is ignored. You are sickening and even possibly killing your guests. Totally disgusting and inexcusable. I brought my family to impress but now I am ashamed that I exposed them, and ultimately contracted covid, from this ship.
