Very boring itinerary. We did the Prague Pre-cruise. The hotel was lovely, but not in a great location. Many upcharges. Every stop felt like an afterthought. Very odd sailing times. Not much to see along the river. Salzburg should have been magical and it was not. Many of the tour guides were dull. Budapest was supposed to be the highlight, but we docked and then had to return in the middle of the afternoon for a Covid test. Then the boat moved to some rigged docking spot. We were docked next to a wall of rocks and trash in the river. Really no chance to get off the boat after 5. The food was wonderful. Just not much of it. Later night food was terrible. Cold when it should have been hot. Not enough cocktail waitresses for this 2/3 full boat. Cruise staff was great and doing their best, but seemed like a "rehearsal" for the season. And maybe it was. But we should not have been charged for a "proper" cruise. Many small details missed and overall lacked the "luxury" cruise experience I was hoping for. Sorry AMA. Not your best.
