We chose this cruise to be with friends, and also to be a "bucket list" trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Unfortunately, all the friends had to cancel for various reasons, so we made the cruise as a solo couple.
We require handicapped-accessible accommodations as my wife is scooter bound.

This is a wheelchair accessible ocean view cabin. The cabin was roomy enough to allow for reasonable maneuverability with my wife's scooter. The bathroom had appropriate grab bars, and had a roll-in shower.
We brought along a 3-way plug so we could charge multiple items at once, and we had our steward loan us an extension cord so we could charge the scooter at the bedside.
Ensenada was the port we briefly visited to comply with the requirement that the ship visit a port outside the US. The waterfront park at then end of the terminal was vibrant and thankfully free of "in your face" vendors.
Note: "$" is also the symbol for Mexican pesos. A $35 bag of popcorn in Ensenada is 35 pesos (about 1.75 US dollars), not 35 US dollars.
This was the only port where I took an excursion (Polynesian Cultural Center) I consider the excursion worthwhile.
