Sail Date: Mar 2022

Imagine Cruising organised this and delivery appalling. Dropped port call in Madeira days beforehand, told blatant lies about 2 days advertised in Lisbon when Virgin had only scheduled one. '80s Extravaganza' promised was a damp squib and passengers had to organise own events. Concert tickets arrived in cabin after event. Too many faults to list but will NEVER use this company again.

Ship lovely but rolled a lot so, although we had a lovely disabled cabin, mobility very difficult at times. We got COVID as did many, many others. Communication onboard poor, no social distancing embarking and disembarkation a shambles, offending totally against health and safety cruise regulations. Even at 1,000 passengers under capacity, not enough deck furniture and restaurant bookings difficult, especially with app which didn't work properly. Dread to think what problems if 2,700 instead of 1,700 passengers.

Upside? Waiters, bar staff and cleaners cheerful, polite and helpful.

Cabin Review

Spacious and comfortable but those in ordinary cabins reported them cramped.

Port Reviews

Got a few hours instead of 2 days advertised

La Coruna

Chosen for health and safety reasons. Got Covid, as did many more.

Shuttle bus promised. There wasn't one. Both have mobilty problems, so spent 40 euros on taxis.

Las Palmas (Gran Canaria)

Shuttle bus provided and lovely time there.
