We chose this cruise for the ports and the price. Great casino $100 offer....I will make this short and sweet....Have been on 13 cruises....and this was the 3rd time on the Freedom. Pros....staff were amazing, happy and accommodating, our room stewart was unbelievable as well as our Dining Staff...absolutely no complaints.....food all around was very good....OK...cons....ENTERTAINMENT was unbelievably pathetic. like watching a grade 6 play.....Carnival really needs to step up in this department....if drinks are free for you in the Casino....be prepared to WAIT....and I mean WAIT....There were NO Lido deck parties at night at all.....MOVIES were child based....cartoonish....no good movies like other years for adults.....So bottom line.....evenings were hard to fill unless you want to spend all evening in a smoked filled Casino....I realize they have the non-smoking section but come on....there is no wall in-between the 2 sections.... I know the negatives look like they outweigh the positives but honestly....we did have a wonderful time and I would never let these negs stop me from cruising with Carnival....we have one in two weeks to Alaska out of San Fran.....and I am excited...HAPPY CRUISING EVERYONE....Thanks again Carnival
