We tried this company as second cruise to Mexico from LA! Embarkation as bed as previously from same port! Same horrible experiences all the way to our bedroom!
Room itself was adequate for our needs.
Buffet food very blunt, tasteless and noflavours.

Nice little port, transfer was a diabolical experience, very disorganized, it took ages to move from A to B. While we were waiting on the stairs to the tenders, they announce for all passengers to move elsewhere to speed up the transfer! Outrageous manouvre, lots of old people in the area which they all complained and moaned at this request and we didnt move regardless!
The worst cruise ever been, seen and heared of!!!!
