I chose Viking because of my prior experience in the five river cruises that I have sailed on before. Travel in comfort, that is for certain. Got the drinks package and it was a great choice. All personnel were very helpful and outstanding customer service throughout. The excursions were well managed on time and outstanding guides. The stateroom was very confortable with plenty of room in the bathroom and shower. The gym was well staffed and the steam room and ice room were outstanding. The transfers were well managed and very organized. The Covid testing were easy to comply with and made you feel safe. The test reports and forms necessary for the return trip were well prepared and allow you not to worry about your trip back. We participated in the after cruise in a hotel in Malta were we were treated like royalty and provide all of the comforts needed, including the Covid testing. The food, as always, outstanding and the service first class.
