We took the combined cruise from Malta and thoroughly enjoyed the entire cruise. The Viking team handled the Covid restrictions well and made it less intrusive than it could have been. Overall, it was a great three weeks. We enjoyed Malta, the Greek islands, and Croatia. We had to skip Montenegro because of Covid restrictions. Otherwise, the tour stops were very good. For some locations we were not allowed to tour on our own, but the available excursions were excellent. We could tour on our own in Malta and Croatia, but not Greece. I look forward to traveling when restrictions are lessened. I don't understand why Viking has dropped the Malta cruises in the future. I really enjoyed seeing Malta.

The Viking Sea is an excellent ship and the crew was outstanding. My only complaint is I wish there was more food that represented the places we were visiting. There was very little food from those areas. This was our first Viking cruise and we are taking a Viking river cruise in France soon.

Cabin Review

The cabin was excellent and the service to the cabin was excellent.
