Cabin:

We had previously done the New England Island cruise several years back, and were just thrilled with our experience. The service and the food were both exceptional!

Fast forward to this cruise. No comparison whatsoever. The food was mediocre at best. We ate off the ship several times. These cruises are very pricy, and to be served Smoking Loon wine was a joke. Unlike the first cruise where nightly specialty cocktails were served, the crew on this ship were "cross trained" and quite honestly didn't know what the were doing.

Due to covid testing protocol, we boarded the ship, and were sent to our cabins until tested and cleared. After boarding at 11:30, we sat in our cabins until about 1:00 pm, and only were tested after flagging down people to alert them to the fact we were still waiting...
