Buffet food was terrible and the food was only slightly better in the 2 specialty restaurants we tried. Bread served in the dining room was stale on two different visits. The pasta sauce was more like tomato soup. Fish dishes were either cold or over cooked. Room service food: A. Dried hash brown just like the one at the buffet. B. Strange looking and tasting scramble egg also like the buffet. C. The breads and pastries were hard for the most part. After 3 day of room service we went for coffee only. The cruise line competition is light years ahead of MSC on food offerings.

Entertainment was exceptional.

The state room attended was super, he went beyond the call of duty on several occasions. We requested facial tissues, because MSC doesn't provide them, and they were in the room within 30 minutes. He decorated our room with birthday cut outs and a swan towel figure.
