so have been on many cruises both carnival and RCC and wanted something easy without hassles with covid still here, since I live in NJ ,I decided even though its colder then flying to Florida I would not have to worry between flights being cancelled and covid test where to find etc.So off to the CVS center and 10 minutes later NEGATIVE results and free with your medicare ,off to pack to get on ship two days later with an easy car ride to port Bayonne NJ..WE ,group of four just walked right through to be processed in no wait time and on the ship...YEA that easy. only needed a mask to walk thru terminal and then it was no masks the entire time. It was like the old times, no hassle ,no worry just have fun and relax. The food was great and they served you whether you sat in dinning room or at windjammer. I felt this was much better since you didn't have everyone making a mess or germs to get your food. The shows were good ,especially if you like music as they had special Frankie Valley Tribute band and another night Tribute to Led Zeppelin band. the ROCK SHOW AND SECTRA SHOW was cancelled for two weeks and replaced by these shows. Yea for me as I have seen those shows twice already. Now for the Bahama stops you just walk off with ID card ,mask needed inside stores only, even though they say to bring as you only need it to go in stores.not the beaches. coco cay island don't need mask at all. the perfect island was perfect as you get free lounge chairs which are plenty with umbrellas, all over beach or pool.FREE FREE unless you want to go down big slides you don't need to pay. the beach area are huge and so is the pool .cant wait for my next cruise in may off the OASIS in NJ again
