FirstI would like to say to the NOLA port “Job Well Done”. Embarkation was smooth and very efficient. The cruise started out just ok. Sail Away at H2o was not very interesting. The service was timid as if they were hesitant to do anything in fear of making a mistake. Our service in Cagney’s was rude and in some instance condescending. Food throughout the cruise was very good. One major plus was the Taste restaurant and the service there should be commended. The one major issue was, with the one exception of Chanti, the ship ran out of red wine after the second day of the seven day cruise. My wife really appreciates a glass or two of Pinot Noir for dinner. Unfortunately no Pinot Noir or other reds were available. Don’ understand how a ship at reduced capacity has this problem. Real disappointment for most of the cruise. I would just add some bartenders were not very friendly. Disembarking was a breeze. The porters were great and should be commended

Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony

Attendant did an excellent job. Room was always clean and our requests were completed.
