Were not thinking of booking another Cruise as we had had 3 in 2021.
Saw an advert for an 80's extravaganza via Imagine Cruising so decided to book. A calamity from start to finish. Upon boarding a loud broadcast of Rap music meant we couldn't hear the safety message in our designated muster station. Then heard from a passenger (not the ship) that we had to queue for our entertainment tickets. 1st night's meal was the extra virgin where we were given food completely differ ent from our order. Only 3 nights entertainment instead of 11. The promised DJ's only play a few minutes on a couple of nights. 3 days ashore instead of 7. Some restaurants and bars run out of food & drink. Not enough sunbeds for all the guests and a paddling pool instead of a swimming pool. Free Internet was worse than dial up. Spent a lot time in the cabin as not much to do on this 'extravaganza' . Have been given a free holiday by the captain but not worth the paper it's written on as you have to fly to another country to meet up with the boat, then fly back again. The final straw was disembarkation. Instead of 2 gangways only one open and no assemblance of order as 3,000 people queued up to get off like sardines. This really was a holiday from hell!
