We got a great deal on this cruise, and it is indeed a beautiful ship. Layout is very different than Carnival ships but well done.

Room - we had an inside cabin, was functional and comfortable. Carnival provides only 1 service per day as opposed to pre COVID of twice per day. Never really had contact with our room steward and was walked in on, by assistant one morning. Stuck an extra set of sheets in my closet space mid-week???

Food - Maybe I am very picky, but the food was very ordinary. Specialty restaurants don't waste your money. Not worth it. Went to the Fahrenheit Steakhouse, what a joke. It was so bad that they credited us. Last night of the cruise we went to the Japanese steakhouse, and I got food poisoning. If you are not picky you will find something to eat, but it is nothing fabulous. Staff told us that they call it "McDonalds" food. Lack of variety and freshness.

Cabin Review

Very nice and accomodating.

Port Reviews

Costa Maya

Very overcrowded. This little port needs expansion for the larger amounts of cruise guests that accommodate ships.
