Absolutely terrible cruise from start to finish. Dreadful food, poor quality, most meals were cold, poor service, ran out of foods & drink. Lost 2 port visits. Lack of toilets. No WiFi, sailor App not working. TVs weren’t working everyday. Shambolic disembarkation, 90 minutes queueing major crowd congestion 100’s of passengers now have covid no social distancing, the covid outbreak was kept quiet, we only found out in the press when we got home, my husband has a terminal lung disease had we known there was covid onboard we would have self quarantined or left the ship. Husband got a bad cold about 7 days into the cruise, he tested positive on the 2nd April, total neglect for passenger safety. husband fell down ramp trying to control his suitcase the ramp was just too steep. Extremely disappointed, Rockstar more like FLOPSTAR. Will be demanding full refund. It has been a very upsetting time

Cabin Review

Nice cabin, good bed, shower was lethal my husband stepped out the shower then down the step to the suite and fell completely over, the floor is lethal when wet. We couldn’t get off the boat at port the next day as he had hurt his knees
