Beautiful new ship. Staff great. Dining room and Lido food good. No lobster, entres not as pricy but we all know why. Recommend trying some of their creative concoctions. I tried their beet, orange and goat cheese salad and scraped my plate! In-room dining good... menu is very limited now but kudos for them keeping it free. Enjoyed breakfast every day. Two main points....we got the "Have it all" package as we have loved it before but felt is was poor value this time. We did not know that only the Pinnacle Grill and the Tamerind are the only ones included in the package and the Pinnacle was fully booked the first day. The wifi was terrible. Our excursion was canceled... not their fault, and the one that was not sold out was not great. The drinks package WAS great. Second main point....We hung out in the Sea View Bar every day and their is a waiter named Albert from the Philipines. The bar is a different place when he is there, The atmosphere is livelier, happier. He is a dynamo and a kind and personable young man. Sometimes when he was not serving, we could see him stacking chairs and folding towels. Shame on HAL for wasting this young man's talent. We like HAL and will return.
