Starting with the positives - the food is fantastic throughout. Extra Virgin gets a special shout out.

Onto what could be improved:

Boarding wasn't the slickest operation - you had to queue separately to drop your bags off and then again to check in. Overall took about an hour.... and they managed to lose the tag from my bag, so I had to go to guest services to claim it. Read more
