First to the hotel captain, great job managing an outstanding staff. Chef’s to servers, bar staff, cleaning crews, Room staff all were superb. One of the finest crews we’ve seen in all our cruising. Master and ships crew: Superb job, Well Done.

Of particular note, Our Room Steward, Igede, always went well above and beyond. Superior service from an outstanding individual. Always friendly, upbeat and available any time to handle our “other than normal” requests. My nomination for employee of the month.

In the main dining room. From the maitre d’ to the assistant waiters, these guys and gals were on the ball, efficient, friendly and extremely professional. We had early seating, 4th floor table 563. Our waiter was Yadi, our assistant was Raul. I am not exaggerating when I say they were the most efficient team we have experienced on any cruise. Only once was there any delay with anything and that is to be expected on lobster night when everyone shows up to the Main dining room. Every night I would tell the headwaiter, quite truthfully: The food was great, but the service was better. I was always impressed with the the bar staff at every venue. Everyone, an all star.

Ocean View with Large Balcony

Spacious, well laid out, good storage. The bathroom is larger than normal with a bigger shower. Only amenities are combo shower/hair liquid. Bar soap at the sink. Bring your own lotions, conditioners etc. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit firm. We had a really big balcony. Truly added to the experience.

Aruba

Aruba is fun just to get out and walk around the area. Many tours are available. I always felt safe and welcome
