The internet was spotty at best. We had an emergency, at home, that was relayed to us via a text message. We tried to use the texting and it failed a good deal of the time. After many tries we were able to get through. The standard internet package was a joke. We wrote the President and CEO of Celebrity Cruise about our emergency problem at home. The CEO never responded to our letter. Does Celebrity Cruise think that their passengers are to be taken advantage of and ignored in an emergency situation. Remember, regular passengers of celebrity contributed to their bottom line. Otherwise Infinity the cruise was very good. Celebrity cruise lines must remember those passengers with special must be attended to.
The food and cabin service were very good and we enjoyed the dinning facilities. The specialty restaurants were very unique and very good good. We have booked another cruise on the Celebrity and hope that there is not a repeat of our internet problems.
