We chose this cruise because it was 4 nights over Spring Break and because it sailed from Port Canaveral, which is 2 hours from our house. We had 2 connecting balcony cabins (Fantastica) for 4 passengers. Myself and my hubby, our teenage son and his buddy.
The ship was beautiful. Sparkling clean! We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.
EMBARKATION: This took a very long time. The lines were very long. I personally think this was due to passengers arriving whenever they wanted to and not adhering to the arrival time that they were given. I also would fault MSC for not enforcing the rule. Once we got to the embarkation agent, it went quickly. We were on the ship!!
Cabin Review
Very pretty and good size. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The A/C worked great! We did find that there could have been more storage for your items. The closet is nice, but we thought drawers, or a cabinet, under the desk would have been helpful. There seems to be a lot of open space under the desk/vanity that is unused. Plenty of space under the bed to store luggage. Balcony was clean and had 2 chairs and small table. Bathroom was modern, small, but efficient. The shower door is nice, instead of the curtain.
