When me and my friends booked this cruise, we booked it mainly because it was one of the more affordable cruises out there. With that and what the past two years represented for the cruising industry in mind, we literally had not idea what to expect from it and were very pleasantly surprised with the experience. The reviews about this ship do not make it justice at all, you have to be clear on what you want before booking, if you want a high end experience, then a cruise worth less than $100 a night probably is not the one you should book. I had been on four different cruises before going on the Meraviglia ranging from the high end (Princess) to the low (Carnival) to something in between (NCL) and I can say that MSC is a mid range experience for low end pricing. Now to the specifics about the experience.

The Ship Itself - The MSC Meraviglia is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL cruise ship I have ever been to. All the spaces from the breathtaking Galleria Meraviglia to the atrium, the pools, lounges, and restaurants were absolute works of arts and just pleasant to be in.

Service - Absolutely no complaints here (with the exception of dinning service), the rooms and the ship were very clean and the staff were friendly. During our trip, one of our group members lost his phone on Ocean Cay and all the staff members that we approached about it where extremely considerate about the situation (shout out to Joseph the life guard and the front desk for their help) and followed up with us on it.
