With so many positive aspects of this cruise all were overshadowed by no internet for the duration. Given little information and what seemed to be no attempt to remedy the problem it created all kinds of issues on board. Personally it caused me to lose thousands of dollars in lost revenue and I will never cruise on Princess again.

On the positive side the service was friendly and efficient and the general feeling on the ship was one of care and concern for the guests. Our cabin steward was wonderful and kept the room squeaky clean. We also spent a day at sea at the Sanctuary where Jacer was there to make sure that our day was perfect.

In summary had the internet been operational I would have given the cruise at least 4 stars but under the circumstances 2 stars is appropriate given that little effort was made to explain to guests what the problem was or when and if it would be repaired.
