The staff was wonderful, the room was spacious and clean but that is where it ends. The ship is old and broken down, an empty pool, the spas were broken and cold more often than not, the sauna worked some days and not others. The buffet food was horrible, and cold. You could get cold fried eggs or cold scrambled eggs but if you want warm eggs you had to pick the hard boiled eggs. The dessert choices were mousse or cake with mousse frosting and all the mousse had the same flavor regardless of what the flavor should have been. Muffins were dry. Most food wasn't labeled so you didn't even know what it was. The restaurant service was excellent but the food wasn't much better than the buffet. Most of the shows were just mediocre. The showtime singers and dancers were fantastic but the rest of the shows were not of the calabore of previous Princess shows.
