Initially booked this cruise on the basis of the onboard entertainment coupled with a UK departure.

Now, after five days onboard, have to say that the whole experience is proving very disappointing.

I note another reviewer has recently posted citing similar issues to what we have experienced with regards to the the appalling App and the fact that we were never given the option of purchasing a pre-paid drinks package (something which my husband queried over the phone with Head Office but was basically told what amounted to “too bad - it has to be purchased before you travel”).
