We really love the s class ships- The reflection is one of our favorites, albeit it has been updated. Arrival was easy and efficient. The boarding process quick. We were in a Royal suite so no problems. All staff was wearing masks and friendly and available. We loved our suite- can be seen on youtube. It really needs updating- One really positive was our butler Mudit and cabin attendant Gusti. Loved the suite lounge- however not updated so dark not like other lounges on S class ships. The reflection is one of our favorite ships as we enjoy the Lawn Club Grill and dined their three times for dinner. We also enjoyed the others. Not fans of sushi- so never dined their. The Martini bar was excellent as always- as was cafe al baccio. The buffet was great as you were served eveything and since the ship sailed at 1/3 capacity wonderful service in all areas. The staff and officers were available and visible. Would like to see women officers. We didn't get our monogramed bathrobes that we have gotten previously- Entertainment was okay-not great. Shopping same as usual. Had hair services twice and they were good. Need better TV channel selections. Would love to see movies on the lawn as we rent an alcove and saw the same sports shows on a loop.

Embarkation and disembarkation was easy and efficient. We booked another two cruises a b/2/b on the Apex for New Years and the following week.
