The staff was amazing and the ship beautiful but the cruise line seriously understaffed the ship.

I am not a professional cruiser but I don't feel like Carnival had passenger experience in mind for the voyage.

The dining experience was probably the worst I have ever seen. Choices were very limited, for those with the drink package the machines rarely worked. When they worked the area was a mess but this was lazy passengers making the mess. When dining if you were not first on deck, you had to wait for a crew member or clean the table yourself to be seated. Many of the passengers themselves again created this mess by being wasteful and displaying a sense of entitlement where they felt like they could leave a mess and the crew member would be their mommy and clean it up.

Cabin Review

Staff was amazing and it was the only real relaxing place I found on the ship.
