First of all we were told the boat was only going to be at 50% capacity because of Covid, not true.

Heard from our room service there were 4200 cruisers out of a max 4500 cruisers.

Pre-ordered deluxe drink package, also 5 arcade packages. When we got on our cruise they were not on our cards or on our rooms. So we went to guests services. The line was very long, as it was the entire trip. Guest services said I had to call royal Caribbean on the room phone to work this problem out, because I booked it through royal Caribbean. ( I was told this as I was standing on one of their ships). After an hour on the phone during my vacation. Found out Royal Caribbean did charge our credit card for this on 1-25-2022. Our cruise started on 3-11-22. It is now 3-22-2022, still no refund after hours on the phone. During and after our cruise.
