It was been about 9 years since we have sailed on Disney and our first cruise in 2 years (since Covid). We had an amazing time. We were concerned with Covid how it would go but in typical Disney fashion it exceeded our expectations.

We arrived to the port at 11 am. After dropping our luggage, we were ushered through to Covid testing. The entire Covid testing staff role modeled the Disney standards. It was efficient and well organized. After being tested you are sent to a tent to wait for results. There is a big screen with your reservation numbers that flash up to show once you are cleared or you can view it on the safe passage web site. I must admit it was very nerve racking to think that one person in your party testing positives will cancel the trip for everyone in your party. We held our breath but were so excited when we got the all clear.

Staff all wear masks KN 95 the entire time. Masks were required in some areas for guests. We wore masks the majority of the time. But by the last day we really didn’t as much since we were fully vaccinated and all tested.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin deluxe family ocean view with balcony. Great caning great location. Nice view of castaway cay. Lifeboats made it difficult to see below you on the pier. Mid ship location on port side.
