This was our 11th cruise overall, but our first Princess cruise. It was easily one of the best cruises we've ever been on. The service and food was outstanding, except for breakfast in the dining room. The service for breakfast was always very slow and I was surprised that they never adjusted their hours for when we were in port or on disembarkation day. However, despite that, the food we had on this cruise was among the best we've ever had on any ship. Our evening servers, Aron & Ven, were excellent. We also had dinner at Crown Grill (excellent service, decent food), Sabatini's (excellent service and food), and Salty Dog Gastropub (excellent service and food).
Our cabin was always well maintained and never had an issue. It was showing a little bit of wear, but you not enough to ruin a cruise! The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the huge balcony. I just wish it had more shade, but that didn't bother us too much. We did enjoy the hands free unlocking of the door with our medallions.
We stayed away from the casino and theater because of the larger crowds and stuck to Explorers Lounge most of the cruise. The entertainment and shows there were always fun.
