Went for a family cruise with the older kids and family. Had 3 cabins. All spa balconies.
The embarkation was excellent and handled very well.
The spa, which we've used before many times was ok. But the services were way over priced this time and the quality was subpar to say the best. They charged an extra 17 just to put a hot towel on my wife's back during treatment. Very unprofessional staff and I would give them 1 star.
