Unfortunately our cruise was cut short but during our entire stay we received five star treatment. After an initial mishap involving my bags General Manager Kivanc Ucar took a special interest in ensuring that all our expectations were met and he succeeded. Every time I had a question he or his wonderful assistant Kathleen Francisco were there to help with whatever we needed. Most people will remember this cruise for the ship being grounded, I will remember it as the cruise where I met Kivanc and Kathleen and and the spectacular treatment I received. I also cannot end this without mentioning our housekeeper Alistair. He worked night and day, answered all my annoying questions and kept my cabin pristine. How does Norwegian find these marvelous people? Even through the grounding incident the fabulous treatment continued. Because of Kivanc, Kathleen, Alistair, the entire staff and entertainment, I will definitely cruise on the Escape again!
