Carnival Radiance Review

Always clean environment and super friendly staff made this ship awesome. Food venues could’ve been better though.

So this was our first cruise. Overall the experience was awesome aboard the Radiance. We are definitely hooked on cruising! Our room and the ship overall were always clean. Every crew member was very friendly and ready to help. The food was good, but every time we went to eat, it seemed like they were either closed or out of something.

The horse back riding excursion was okay, but we won’t be doing that again. It was rushed, the owner wasn’t very welcoming, and we spent more time controlling our horses than we did looking at the scenery. We would have been better off staying on the ship poolside.

Also, Ensenada is not a very nice place. It actually looks like a third world country. There are soldiers ridding around on humvees with assault rifles. We walked around a tourist trap near the ship and that was about all.

Balcony

Awesome room. Plenty of space and the balcony was a perfect addition. Glad we sprung for it!
