First of all I have MS, and before we were even on board, we were treated with such disrespect I was sent into a full blown flare up. It made the cruise miserable the first 3 days.

My husband and I were pulled out of first line with our boarding passes, rudely, because they said the print wasn't big enough.....it was printed directly off of their website. Thank goodness I made multiple copies of each thing I printed out. Out with the color print and in with the back and white print.

Then there was four of us that all got the exact covid test Carnival told us to get, but yet my husband and I were pulled out again. So while the other two from our group made it through no problem, we got pulled to the side......again. An EXTREMELY RUDE guy was wanting us to call the clinic we got tested at on a Saturday, not open, to get an email to prove that our test was legit and we didn't forge it. We tried telling him that the other people in our group had the exact same test and they were passed through, but he didn't care. He acted like everything I said went in one ear and out the other., he didn't care what I was saying at all. They made us spend the $200 and retest even though we had the exact tests they told us to get when we called and asked. I so badly want to send the results that our tests are legit to him and tell him he needs to apologize, but I know he will probably just throw it away without reading it....that was his attitude.

Cabin Review

We thought we had upgraded our cabin with being on yhe Spa leven but we felt the room was a little smaller, less storage, but that could have just been the smaller ship.
