Seldom get to circle the Caribbean for 14 straight days. Better than two back to backs with having to return to port after 7 days! The entire crew was awesome. The food was excellent with a very good selection. The ships own dancers and shows were great, and the volume wasn’t ear shattering. The guest performers were just OK. The Captain was friendly and always out and about the ship. He was a good communicator and easy to understand. The Medallion app doesn’t work great on my phone but has some good attributes like chatting with ship mates and locating them. Our itinerary was changed due to Covid but it was still a great cruise. They only want to clean your room once a day, so if you want wet towels removed or any touch up you need to let the steward know. Great service all around. And, of course Movies under the Stars is the best thing of all! Some were repeats from a December cruise. The soft ice cream wasn’t great but the pizza is great, real NY style. Boat is clean and in good condition. Very accommodating to Cruise Critic Meet and Greet and activities. The only problem we had was limited help at the future cruise planning desk. Biggest negative was some of the bathrooms didn’t smell fresh, but no one else complained about that so maybe it’s just my perception. I want to do this cruise again next year on the original itinerary. The Medallion works great all around the ship and love the interactive displays throughout the ship for using the app.
