Did not follow CDC guidelines for Covid safe distancing out every one (1k plus) passengers in port lobby for over 90 mins waiting to board ship. Had set time for boarding but ship and cabins were not ready Had ADA accommodations for room and in dining room was placed in back corner away from all other guests near closet and ice machine asked if we could move and was told no. Wait staff was soliciting gratuities. ADA room consisted of portable raised toilet seat nothing else. Within minutes of leaving port were told not going to first destination due to weather should of been told prior to embarkment and given options. Contacted customer service and did not feel they were compassionate about my experience. Left me wanting to explore different cruise lines instead of using Carnival. Entertainment on ship was poor comedy acts left little to be desired not funny at all.
