We’ve traveled on American Queen Steamboat ships in the past and LOVED them! Decided to do a winter getaway on the new boat, Victory 1. Pre-cruise contacts were filled with changing requirements, misinformation and frustration. The name of the boat changed to Ocean Voyager pre-cruise, which added to the confusion. Embarkation port changed and itinerary changed with cancelled ports. Crew and food were wonderful! 200 passenger capacity, but only 56 on the boat. The entertainment was super!

Wi-if/internet connection “broken” with a daily promise that it would be fixed.

Excursions were a disappointment, except for the Kennedy Space Center. Basically a 3 hour bus tour with a guide. Hop On-Hop Off busses were provided in Savannah, which was nice.

Hello ReppEgspit9! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the food and staff service. We regret to hear about the WiFi and excursions....

Cabin Review

Cabin was small but nice. Beds very good, but high. Shower VERY small. REALLY missed being able to have a balcony room - not available on the boat.
