To give some context, this is my third cruise having been on Carnival and Celebrity previously. This was a family trip with my wife, one teenager and one tweener.

First the good:

The staff was super friendly. At one point the family discussed how exhausting it must be to be that friendly all the time, but it made for a pleasant experience when interacting with the staff. Guest services was very helpful when we spoke to them on a couple of occasions. Read more
