I've cruised multiple times, mostly on Carnival but my girlfriend had never been on a cruise. After convincing her to give it a try, we booked a 4 day cruise to Nassau and Princess Cay.

The day finally arrived and we were at the port just before 9 am for a 9:30 am check in. We were COVID tested at the port and that was quickly done. The ship was less than 50% booked so boarding was really fast. Lunch at the lido buffet was not crowded at all and it was like that the entire cruise.

Our cabin, 8821, was very clean and spacious. The balcony was exactly what we needed as we aren't into crowds.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Lots of construction going on in the port area. Very aggressive sales people in front of every store.

Heavy police presence. Didn't feel safe.

Princess Cays

Just another beach day. One small bar with live music and a few cruise owned shops.

The beach here is man made. Lots of rocks in the sand and on the beach.

Pretty boring.
