Do not go on this ship if you are in a wheelchair chair you will be upset.

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary visiting the Gulf states and had never been on MSc ship before. We certainly will never go on a MSc ship again or recommend it to anyone. We have been on many other cruise lines before during the past 15 years and have never been treated so badly as a wheel chair user.

It may be great for children but not for anyone who is slightly infirm or in a wheelchair as you will get no help either when embarking or disembarking. It took us 25 minutes to get anyone to help Jim down the ramp at the end of the cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin was compact as many ships are but had everything we needed it was clean and we had the advantage of having breakfast delivered to our room a great advantage for a disabled person. I was surprised a deluxe balcony was so small.

The bathroom was good having a walk in shower with no sticky floor. I do not as yet need a disabled room so this was a great bonus.
