Relished the idea of exploring the coastal landscape of Norway and trying new activities. The cruise more than lived up to my expectations. Every element of the team couldn't do enough to keep everyone safe, well informed, well fed and able to choose from a wide range of activities on board and off the boat. There was a good balance between energetic activities and cultural ones such as sightseeing. If activities clashed then great effort was made to enable passengers to partake at another time in the activity that was missed. I was very impressed with range of lectures delivered and the knowledge breadth and range of the expedition team. Resources for private study, I.e microscopes and books was impressive. I was very grateful that a yoga mat was found to enable me to do some Zoom yoga. I will definitely cruise with Hurtigruten again and recommend wholeheartedly to others.
