The cruise supposed to be quick and easy. The service was excellent. The waiters were very polite. Although they took us out from the cabins very soon and we were waiting with the baggages for hours. There was a delay for an hour and a half because the hatch damage. The most important is that when they announced the departure they didn’t apologise for the delay, they didn’t explain why we had the delay. Too bad. We are very disappointed. Our travel guide tried to help us. I thing this was very bad experience. Although the food was excellent very tasty. The internet was not free and we had to pay for having internet. We lost the extra fiord because of the night. They didn’t offer anything for our suffering. Norway is very nice but the service must always be the strong atou for them to be happy the tourists.
