My wife and I took the 15 night ocean to ocean Panama Canal cruise. The ship was extremely well maintained and extremely clean. The level at which the crew kept everything disinfected was amazing. Onboard we were very happy except for one show Nerdy Noah which was so bad it made you wonder if Princess actually reviewed his performance before hand. It was just terrible.

We had three marvelous excursions “Hautulco By Sea & Land, A Walk in the Clouds and Cartegena Hop on & Hop Off”. Highly recommend all three. But we also had two absolutely terrible excursions “the Best (worst) of Puerto Vallarta and The History of Gold in Panama City”. Both were terrible and should be removed and the guides fired. Puerto Vallarta was strange. Our guide yabbered on about her relatives, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She never shut up and wouldn’t answer any questions unless they were about her family. The History of Gold was anything but. Didn’t go to half the places listed and no shopping was scheduled in.

Our embarkation took a hit as we waited in line for two plus hours without any respite in long lines to get retested. Nobody ever looked at our pre cruise Covid test and none of the staff assigned to directing us knew anything. My back was so sore for standing during those two hours.

Cabin Review

Small, but efficient. Not recommended for rough seas. We took a beating two nights in a row. We were the most forward cabin on the Plaza deck, with a window on the starboard side.
