Please note that these are my experiences on my January 22nd Apex and January 29th Enchanted Princess cruises. We are Elite on Celebrity and sailed in Aqua Class with dining in Blu. We sailed in a Club Class Mini Suite on Enchanted so we dined in Club Class and received priority embarkation.

Embarkation:

We had a 10:30 arrival time with Celebrity. We arrived at terminal 25 at 10:15am. Celebrity directed us into lines according to our arrival time as well as a separate line for Retreat passengers. At exactly 10:30, the doors opened and the 10:30 to 11:00am passengers as well as the Retreat passengers filed in. There were at least 20 blue uniformed staff to assist us. We presented our boarding passes, showed our negative tests and vaccination information and were ushered into the large waiting area. We were directed where to sit according to our arrival. At 11:00am, a very nice staff member came over to our group and informed us that we were next to go. He then approached the next group advising both groups to stay seated until called.
