The Equinox cruise Feb 11-20th was tremendous ! The food was great, the entertainment top shelf- the Shamrock Tenors show and Roy Tan ( pianist) shows were the highlights of the cruise; the comedian show with Fred Bevill was very funny; Curacao and Aruba are fun ports of call ; due to a change first in Cayman Islands and then in Jamaica restrictions on visitors to those islands- that port call was changed to Bimini and was a much more desirable destination –the water colors were mesmerizing and beaches beautiful
The staff from the captain on down was terrific- cruise director Eddy and activities director Peter were dynamos- the Liars Club night in the theater with Captain Matt was hiliarious; Lisbon our cabin attendant was excellent, Elbert & Michael waiters, Farouk the Maitre’d, and Vicktoria the hostess in the Silhouette dining room were excellent; , I Wayan bartender & Ella in the Ensemble lounge ; Allwyn from India at Sky Lounge bar was great, Leto & the bartenders in Craft Beer bar were terrific, Teresa in Passport bar was great,Jesus waiter in Oceanview Café was very nice;
The one gimmick that Celebrity needs to fix is the come on with their
clean-comfortable-great view-tv worked great-fridge as well-nice shower and bathroom-pillows were a bit hard but our excellent cabin attendant Lisbon managed to find us a couple of softer memory foam type pillows-weatherstripping coming loose on balcony outer window-ac control worked fine
