This ship was nice! The destinations were great and the staff was amazing! The food was great, my only complaint about food is the Buffet closes at 8:30pm and Johnny Rockets is NOT complimentary. There is a lot to do on this ship, 3 pools total, a skydive experience, surf experience, and bumper cars in which you are only allowed to ride once. There is also a rock climb wall and the “North Star”.
The shows are sub par compared to Carnival. There was only one produced show and two singing groups. The seats in the Royal Theater are EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
There are six restaurants that require payment which include, sushi, Italian, burgers, steakhouse. Mixed drinks are $13 at bars.
Cabin Review
Cabin roomy, lots of storage, large balcony. Mattress is HARD as concrete, the steward even put pads on it and was still hard. Layout is nice and there is a plug on one nightstand, two on the desk along with two USB ports. The room has plenty of storage for clothing with a total of 6 drawers and two closets and one contains a safe. You can store luggage under the bed. There is a cabinet over the bed which offers a lot of storage. The bathroom has three shelves, a glass shower door and two selves in the shower along with a footrest. The room has a couch and a mini fridge.
