Traveled with children

Just finished disembarking from our cruise First I would like to say that while previously cruising on the Glory we had nothing but good things to say and wanted to go again and let our children have the experience we had. With that being said this cruise was anything but enjoyable, from the extremely rude staff, to being mislead by our booking agent on packages, waiting 25 minutes for a server while seated to eat dinner and 45+ minutes to receive drinks , cold pork tarts and other foods, Raw chicken, to our room not being kept up, we were charged multiple times for things we shouldn’t have been charged for and having to wait hours at guest services and the ship over all was boring , nothing for the kids to do as it is always closed, the shows were very few and over lapped so it left a lot of time being bored in our room. So beyond disappointed in this experience….
